Activities
Northern California Cancer Advocates (NCCA) is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating out of Lassen and Plumas Counties with the intent to provide people suffering from cancer with support and guidance during their time of need.
10TH Annual golf tournament
At Northern California Cancer Advocates, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing cancr through or yearly Bake Off. Through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in being advocates. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
NCCA was established in March of 2013. Since then we have held several successful fundraisers to directly benefit Lassen and Plumas County cancer fighters. To date, we have been able to provide support to community members totaling over $191,400. We have held an annual Swing for Cancer golf tournament for the past 10 years. In addition to the golf tournament, we've started a Crab Feed in February. This would not be possible without such a giving community and the tireless efforts of our volunteers. NCCA is looking for community members in the Plumas County area (Quincy, Chester, Westwood, Greenville, etc.) who have been affected by cancer and are in need of our services.
